This class will explore different styles of dance including, JAZZ, LYRICAL, AND BALLET TECHNIQUE. As a general beginner class we will focus on learning correct positioning, good posture, breathing techniques and proper execution of common dance technique. We will work on strength, conditioning and stamina alongside our technique disciplines. A great starter class for all enthusiastic young dancers.

This class will compliment our ACROBATIC ARTS CLASS AND SPACES WILL BE MADE PRIORITY FOR DANCERS ATTENDING BOTH.
