This class will explore different styles of dance including, JAZZ, LYRICAL, AND BALLET TECHNIQUE. As an improver class we will focus on learning correct positioning, good posture, breathing techniques and proper execution of common dance technique. We will work on strength, conditioning and stamina alongside our technique disciplines. A great class for all enthusiastic young dancers. Beginners welcome
